Payment
Michigan Residents: We are a licensed retailer located in Michigan and are required to collect and remit 6% sales tax on applicable items shipped to a Michigan location. Not all items are subject to sales tax.
Shipping
We strive to offer LOW shipping rates for ALL our customers! Orders will ship the SAME or NEXT business day after receipt of cleared payment.
U.S. Shipping Policies
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION will be included in the shipping costs for all qualified packages shipped in the US. **Some small, flat packages may be classified as letters. Delivery confirmation is not offered for USPS 1st Class Letters.
International Shipping Policies
We offer several shipping options for our international buyers. USPS 1st Class International is the most economical, but can take up to SIX WEEKS to arrive! (Though, 1-3 weeks is typical). USPS Priority Mail is delivered within 7-10 days after receipt of payment. USPS Express Mail is delivered within 5-7 days after receipt of payment.
Customs Policy for International Buyers
Import duties, taxes and charges (if applicable) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you are concerned about additional costs, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be PRIOR to bidding/buying. We do not mark merchandise below value, or mark items as gifts - US and International Government regulations prohibit such behaviors.
Returns
We will accept returns and issue a refund or replacement if the item is returned to us within seven (7) days of receipt in the original, unopened and resalable condition. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. The return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Please email us for authorization prior to returning your item. Be sure to include the item number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
